Let's get rid of the germs this Spring Break!

Mrs. Khadhraoui’s kindergartners made St. Patrick’s Day rainbows this week. They were hoping a leprechaun would see and come and visit!

Students at EJE had a wonderful time viewing the critters from the Critchlow Alligator Santuary this week. The Wild About Reading assembly ended with Mrs. Blackledge kissing an alligator!!!

Mark your calendars! There's only 35 more days until prom! We can't wait to see you there for a memorable night of dancing, laughter, and fun!💃🏻🕺🏻

Athletic Trainers: An unsung hero of every schools Athletic Department! East Jackson is very grateful to have one of the best, Matt Walker! Thank you for tirelessly supporting our athletes! Happy Athletic Trainer appreciation month!

Congratulations to Mrs. Holmquist's class for winning the February "Battle of Attendance" by having the best attendance for the month. Thank you to Mrs. Valente, our MDHHS Success Coach for securing monthly pizza parties for the winning class. A shout out "THANK YOU" to Mr. Worthing, owner of Vining's Park for sponsoring this great program and delivering them this week!

Yesterday, our Junior class toured Jackson College, Albion College, and Spring Arbor University! 🏫 They explored classrooms, viewed dorms, and had lunch on campus while connecting with current college students. A big thank you to the College & Career Access Center for making it all happen! 🙌
Also, huge thanks to the Michigan National Guard for taking our students to the Jackson Armory and sharing incredible opportunities with them!🌟
It’s experiences like these that help our students discover the world of possibilities! 💙🤍

The man, the myth, the legend! From keeping our buildings clean, working tirelessly year round, and being a team player. Mr. Spencer Schultz has been dedicated to EJ for 10 years. Thank you for all you do Spencer!💙🤍

The District recognizes and expresses heartfelt gratitude to past and present School Board members. Superintendent Jeff Punches presented plaques at the February Board meeting, acknowledging Board members who have dedicated 10 or more years of service to our district. Their commitment, thoughtful leadership, and unwavering support has contributed significantly to the success and growth of our schools, positively impacting the lives of countless students and families.
School Board members help shape the educational environment with important decisions that continue to benefit our community. Their legacy of vision, hard work, and valuable time spent volunteering for the betterment of the district is greatly appreciated and will always be remembered.
