Save the date!!

Don't forget to join us next Wednesday to celebrate the hard work and efforts of our amazing students!

Meet Mia Scott!
From her very first days in Kindergarten to now, Mia has been a proud part of EJCS—consistently setting the standard as a role model for both her classmates and younger students.
Mia took her academic journey to the next level starting her sophomore year by dual enrolling with Jackson College, earning both high school and college credits. This year, you’ll most often find her in the library—spending nearly her entire day focused on college coursework—along with one high school class, 20th Century History.
And here’s the incredible part: Mia isn’t just graduating as a member of the EJCS Class of 2026—this past weekend she also earned her Associate’s Degree from Jackson College!
Your hard work, dedication, and drive have truly set you apart, Mia. We are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see all that your future holds.

The cool weather and dark clouds did not dampen the spirits of the 7th and 8th graders who earned the privilege of attending the Lugnuts this past Wednesday. A's, B's, C's, and positive behavior were the ticket to a fun day of peanuts, popcorn, and baseball with friends!

Congratulations to Senior Kholee Sajdak! She signed with Jackson College Jets where she will continue her basketball career! We are so proud of you Kholee!

Don't forget, this Tuesday is the info session on Early College. Be sure to stop out and learn more about what this program has to offer!

It takes a special kind of person to keep a school running, support every student and staff member, and still find time for coffee, a good book or documentary, and their furry friends 🐾☕💙
Thank you, Mrs. Amy Blackledge, EJE, and Mr. Joel Cook, EJSS, for all that you do each and every day.
Happy Principal Appreciation Day!💙🤍

Job Opportunities....Look East!

EJE sends a heartfelt thank you to Eric Salisbury and Consumer's Energy for their generous monetary donation along with a variety of books and playground balls. We appreciate your generosity.
